How do I place an order?

We offer several ways to place an order. You can place an order by phone or e-mail or through filling the form available on the website. For more detailed information on placing an order call 8111-911-815 and speak to our sales professional.

How do I order for a school?

We are an approved vendor for making school/ college uniforms and accept the following forms of payment: Purchase Orders, Credit Cards, Checks and Cash. Once we get a query for the requirement, our sales person will get in touch with you shortly.

How do I pay for my order?

Payments can be made in the form of credit/ debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), check or cash. You can phone or e-mail your credit card information to us. Purchase Order payment is available to certain firms and organizations and is handled by written agreement and offered at our discretion. Note that all of our prices are discounted for cash payment. Credit card sales will be assessed the current charge imposed by the credit card companies.

Do I get to see a "sample" before you print my order?

You can request an email or mailed pre-production paper proof before we start your print job. Production will not begin on your order until we receive an artwork approval from you.

How long does it take to receive my order? Are rush orders accepted?

It depends on what you have ordered from us. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 2 weeks. We offer rush service with shipping via air where the airparcel charges will be levied from the customer. Please e-mail or call us for availability of this service. If you have a specific date to have your garments in hand, please let us know the delivery date in advance.

Will I receive a confirmation after I place my order?

Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation if you place your order by e-mail or an online order form. Be sure to sign and return that confirmation with the appropriate deposit or credit card information to expedite processing the order. Orders will not be processed without the required deposit and signature.

Will I be notified after my order has shipped?

On all orders you will receive an e-mail notification with details of your shipment. We will also call and notify you of the transport details and due amount details. Checks are to be made out to Cranberry Customs. On orders that are not produced in our shop (mostly promotional products, e.g.: mugs, wrist bands, bags, etc) you will not receive a shipment notification. However, we will be happy to obtain the shipment tracking number(s) on these items for you after your order shipped, if you request it.

Do you take overseas orders?

Yes. We are geared to take orders from outside of India.

What Are Your Minimums?

There is a 50 piece minimum for both screen printing and embroidery orders. Please note that the more your order the less your price per item will be.

How Do I Get A Price Quote?

Simply click the ‘Bulk Order’ button on the Menu bar. Fill up the form and submit the request. Our customer executive will get in touch with you shortly.

Can I Send You T-shirts/ Hoodies To Be Printed?

We are sorry, but we cannot print or embroider items supplied to us.

Can I Add Or Change Sizes to My Order After It Has Been Placed?

You have a very short window to do this. Generally, if you contact us at 8111-911-815 within 24 hours, we can accommodate you. There are no changes available for rush orders.

Am I Being Charged Sales Tax?

Currently, if you are located in India, you will be charged 5%. If outside India, export duties will have to be paid by you. However this is subject to change at any time according to state or federal law.

How do I place an order?

Most design questions can be answered by our customer service department. Or, if you would like us to design for you, please email at [email protected] or call us on 8111-911-815 from Monday to Saturday between 8:30 am and 8:30 pm IST.

I don't have time to make my own design, can you do it for me?

Absolutely! We offer FREE design service and encourage our customers if the order is confirmed. We have over 5 years’ experience and our design team will come up with options for you. If you are not good with colours and sketching, don’t worry. We got you covered!

What Formats Are Acceptable For Uploading An Image?

We accept artwork in the following formats: AI, EPS, JPG, BMP, PNG, PSD. Our file size limit is 25 MB. For vectored formats (AI, EPS) please be sure to convert all fonts to paths. For image formats, a dpi of 200 or higher is recommended. If you have problems with your file upload, please use our contact form or email at [email protected] to send us the file and we will assist you with any issues or convert it to an accepted format for free.

How Large Can You Screen Print On a T-shirt?

We can print full body prints on Tees. However the size of the shirt can be a factor as well. Our art department will use the most appropriate print size for each order. However, feel free to request a maximum imprint size on your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do You Print Individual Names or Numbers?

We do print individual names & numbers, and we have been the helping hands to a lot of football and cricket fans. There will be a change in the price tag for each individual Tees as it takes more time than a bulk order.

Will you use my design to print other shirts?

Absolutely not! Your design will be stored on our server for any future orders by you only.

Will a design print size affect what T-shirt sizes I have ordered?

Possibly. A large design print might not fit onto a small T-shirt and conversely, the smaller print size required for a youth or ladies shirt might look too small for an XXL T-shirt. Our design team will let you know any potential conflicts during the art approval process. The common solution is to print a smaller version of your design on the T-shirts. However, depending on the complexity of your design, there can be an additional cost involved. Else the same print size will be used on all the sizes.

I have several designs, do they all add up as 1 order?

No. Each design is treated (and priced) as a separate order. Each requires separate screens and press set ups.

About Print

Will the printing fade on my T-shirts after a few washings?

No. The printed image on screen printed t-shirts is very durable and will hold up for a long time as they are directly printed onto the garment using plastisol ink. “Wash” tests that we’ve conducted in our factory also prove that the printing on “Photo” or “digitally imaged” t-shirts (which are transfers) is durable and holds up to many washings. Digital photo transfers are not as long lasting as screen printed shirts. Washing instructions are packed with the digital transfer shirts.

If I reorder, do you keep my artwork or screens?

We keep your artwork on file up to 5 years. We keep screens for a period of one year. We DO NOT charge for new screens on re-orders within the year window on single color jobs. On multi color jobs, screens are kept for a period of 3 months. Screens and art are not sold. The charges are for labor only.

Can I get less than the minimum order?

On most items, no. However, there are a few products that we offer below minimum quantities. Call us for availability and the type of printing available for those items.

Do you sell "blank" or "unprinted" items?

Yes. Call us for pricing and availability.

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes, we do offer a catalogue. Information and pricing of our available products can be e-mailed to you. We do have a giant online colour catalogue for you to view. Please e-mail or call for more information.

What is the GSM that you provide?

We design and manufacture medium to high-quality T-shirts and do printing or embroidery designs as per your requirement. GSM does vary for different products. Please ring us at 8111-911-815 or mail us at [email protected] to get a clarity about the GSM (Grams per Square Meter).

What Is The Difference Between Screen Printing And Embroidery?

Both methods are used for embellishing designs or logos to clothing and accessories. Screen printing is a method that uses inks in a stencil method to print images onto clothing. Embroidery uses thread to sew an image into the fabric of items. screen printing is good for t-shirts and provides a long-lasting imprint. Embroidery is generally used on polo shirts and hats and brings depth and dimension to your design or logo. Screen printed images can usually be more detailed than embroidered ones.
