1. 50% of the total payment to be made as an advance on confirmation of the order to the company account and balance 50% has to be paid within 12 working hours. 2. Shipping of the consignments will be through IRCTC courier/ Air courier/ Domestic road courier services as per the client's request (Shipping charges will be levied on customer depending upon the service they choose). 3. The company will not be responsible if any delay occurs during transit due to natural calamities, strikes or by any unexpected or unplanned events. 4. If in-case of any defective products as damages in the garment, print etc. such products will be refurbished and shipped back to the customer. Products have to be sent back to Cranberry Customs office address within 3 days after delivery. Such cases should not affect the payment terms. 5. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the count and quality of the products delivered are matched with the requirements listed as in MoU/ Quotation/ Purchase Order/ as in mail communications, within the same day of delivery. 6. Payment is accepted only to our bank account through internet banking, mobile banking, TEZ, PhonePe.
